For Sellers: Plans, Commission and Add-ons

Joining as a seller

Create a seller account, choose what you sell (building materials, rental equipment, real estate, or more than one) and upload your business documents. We check them before your listings go live. Sellers of materials and rental also add a bank account for payouts.

Plans

There is a Free plan and paid yearly plans. A plan sets how many products, rental listings and property listings you can have, how many quotes you can send each month, and your commission rate. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.

When you reach a limit, your existing listings stay live; you upgrade to add more.

Commission

Commission is charged only on completed sales made through Cat Build Mart, on the value before GST. There is no commission on GST or on delivery charges.

Add-ons

Add-ons are optional yearly tools for running your own business alongside online sales, and work with any plan:

• Inventory & POS for materials sellers: shop-counter billing, stock, purchases and customer accounts.
• Rental Desk for rental companies: walk-in and phone bookings, invoices and deposit receipts.
• Real Estate CRM for property sellers: buyer follow-ups, site visits and conversion reports.

Paying and invoices

Plans and add-ons are paid online from Plan & Billing in the seller portal. Prices are shown before GST, and you get a tax invoice for each payment.
