Your dashboard
The dashboard shows sales, orders waiting for you and recent activity. The bell shows your latest notifications, with a full list under Notifications.

Accepting and sending orders
- Accept a new order promptly. Orders not accepted in time are passed to Cat Build Mart to resolve.
- Dispatch. Choose the truck and driver and what goes on this trip. A large order can go in several trips.
- Deliver. The driver enters the customer's one-time code to confirm each trip.
If you can't supply everything, close the rest with a reason (the customer is refunded for it automatically) or offer a substitute from your catalogue at the same or a lower price for the customer to approve.
Delivery fees and trucks
Under Delivery & Trucks, list each truck with its capacity, base fare and rate per kilometre, and set loading and unloading charges. Checkout chooses the smallest truck that fits each order and charges by distance from your godown.

Cash on delivery
You choose whether to accept cash, and up to what order value. The customer pays an advance online; your driver collects the rest and it is confirmed with the delivery code. Because you already hold that cash, it is taken into account in your next payout.
Giving customers credit
Under Credit Customers, give a trusted customer a limit, days to pay and the advance due at checkout. Record payments they make to you directly; payments they make online reach you through payouts. Customers are reminded automatically, and overdue customers can't take new credit from you.

Payouts
After an order is completed, your earnings less commission are paid to your verified bank account. Each payout and its orders are listed under Payouts.
Account and security
Under Account & Security you can change your sign-in email, mobile number and password, turn on two-step sign-in and sign out other devices.
