- Top builder: your name in the Real Estate menu, for real estate sellers.
- Banners: on the home page or at the top of a category.
Every paid spot is marked Sponsored for buyers.

Each spot on the Featured Placements page has a preview that shows the exact place on the site where it will be displayed.
Booking and paying
Spots are priced per week, before GST. Choose the start date and number of weeks; if the spot is free for those dates you pay online and it goes live on the start date. Banner spots are arranged with our team.
What a placement does not change
A placement changes where you are shown, not what buyers see about you: prices and verification stay the same, and contact details are still not shown before an order.
