How an order moves from the seller to your site, including orders sent in more than one trip.

The stages of an order
- Order placed. Payment or advance received.
- Seller confirmed. The seller has accepted and is preparing the goods.
- On the way. A truck has left with your goods.
- Delivered. You have received the goods and confirmed.
Orders sent in more than one trip
A large order can come in several trips. Each trip has its own truck, tracking and one-time code, and the order page shows what has arrived and what is still to come. The order is complete when everything has been delivered or the seller has closed the rest.
Receiving the goods
Give the driver the one-time code only after the goods are unloaded and you have counted them. The code is your confirmation that the trip was delivered.
Reporting a problem
If something is short, damaged or not what you ordered, record it on the order page when you receive the goods. A problem on one trip does not stop the later trips. See refunds, short supply and substitutes.
